We had been having issues with our network and slow internet access for a number of months. Particularly sub-standard was our Wifi access. This is used extensively in the office and was bad news for a website design agency. Our productivity was suffering. With no help forthcoming from our ISP I finally called in DataSafe.
Within hours of my request an initial inspection had been arranged with a member of the DataSafe team. This was followed up within 48 hours with a list of recommendations and quotation as to how we could improve connectivity.
