Infrastructure and backup

When we moved offices we asked DataSafe to install the structured network cabling. We also tasked them with connecting our existing system to it together with some new equipment and making sure we had internet access. They planned this with our staff and efficiently carried out their tasks diligently testing, repairing and extending what was already there and then retesting – all on time. They were very flexible in fitting in and working around a number of issues caused by others as well as resolving problems caused by an inept BT engineer.

We use DataSafe for our IT support and secure online data backup. In this they have always been highly responsive and persistent in following up and checking on outstanding issues that require action by us or 3rd parties. They are helpful when it comes to a data restore. They are patient and they understand that our business is about finding new clients and servicing them and that IT should support this endeavour and not hinder it.
