Help Desk

Our Help Desk is designed to meet your needs with the minimal of hassle and the maximum response. Priority is obviously given to existing clients but non-clients are free to phone with enquiries or to elicit support (for which we will charge).

Our charge rate for non-contract clients is £80.00 + VAT /hr.

Use any of the methods below to reach us. You will get faster response by phoning rather than sending an email. We do not run an external “ticket” system.  So there is no need to quote a number. All we need is your name, the organisation from which you are calling and contact details.
